Low Tire Pressure Sensor '04 EB

Replacing Stock NAV head unit with Alpine deck
I have an older Alpine CDA-9856 head unit that I want to install in place of the stock unit that includes the navigation. Hello, Does anyone have information on replacing the drivers side mirror motor? I talked with a tech at my local Ford dealer and he made it sound like I could just remove the cover on the back of my mirror to get at the motor?
