'05 EB Drivers Side Mirror Motor Replaqcememnt

Hello,
Does anyone have information on replacing the drivers side mirror motor? I talked with a tech at my local Ford dealer and he made it sound like I could just remove the cover on the back of my mirror to get at the motor? But I'm afraid to break it without knowing how it's held on? Any help would be appreciated.

I'd look into just getting a new one from a junk yard less hassle and maybe $50-$100 Max
