Does anyone know where to find a light bar mount for à 52" curved light to fit a 2000 expo? I can't seem to find one anywhere..- diablood5

I know...I got that basket for a trip we made to Orlando a few years ago........that was back before I decided to go all the way to this point with it...it started as a family truck....its come along way since then lol- diablood5

just finished getting the lift, fenders and hood on the truck,,,also put 35" tires on it insted of the 32's.....its a work in progress but its getting there- diablood5

max tire size?
i have a 2000 4x4 exp with torsion cranked , rear spring spacers and 3in body and i running 35/12.50/17 with no prob- diablood5

Extreme dementions .,..price wasn't... bad ran me about $400 and they fit great ..they came with no mounting holes so I had to line them up and drill my own but other than that I have been really happy with the upgrade....just finished the sanding and primer so I Should have paint on them next...- diablood5

just did the mock up for the prerunner fenders and installed the 3" body lift ..i also have a cobra style hood that im working on as well to be painted the same time as the fenders- diablood5

Largest tires without lift?
i have cooper stt 285/70 17 (33's) on mine and have never had any probs out of them on or off road at stock height, ,, i now have 3 in lift and going with 34's- diablood5

expedition rear differential skid plate ??????

f and p is right i run a 285/75/17 on mine( same as 33x11.25r 17),, i just put a small lift on it and am putting 35s on tomorrow- diablood5

im running cooper discoverer stt 285/75/17 on mine, awesome tires,really aggressive and great off road ...plus i love the way they look and they are not to loud -

yeah he is right..... i only use them just to show off....where i live they dont mess with you too much and with the head lights on all you really see is the letters lit up . they dont use alot of power so i turn them on alot at night when im parked and not going to be to long..- diablood5

thanks , it sucks when a truck looks like it has balls but dosnt sound like it,,,,, did you lose any power when taking out the back cats? i have a metal mulisha 3 1/2 tip for it to match the trucks theme i just dont know what to do with the muffler... i dont like the krackle sound either...- diablood5

fabtech led's
added a set of led's behind the bumper to light up the fabtech at night,took a few hours to fabricate a light box that hides the lights and then rhino lined it to match the bumper so you cant tell its there.,, turned out awesome- diablood5

Exhaust!
hey....KWT2000, when you cut the rear cats off did you keep the same stock muffler ,, im looking for a cheap way to give me some sound out the back with out it being to loud. i had a guy say that if i kept the rear cats , take out the stock muffler to straight pipe it and then add a 3 1/2 " tip...- diablood5

Tune up...not soooo bad!
when you do the spring spacers let me know,, just did mine and i can help you on a few tricks to make it go faster,,, did each rear in 15 min and didnt even have to take the tires off.......- diablood5
