    It appears the return line is the one leaking. This line is no longer available. Can I just use a rubber hose and some clamps? I know I'll have to cut a connector off the non pump side of the hose.

    I understand the basics of 4wd, what I was wondering is this. Do I just select the option I want when i want it or when going from 4wd back to 2wd or awd, do I need to back up for a short distance to disengage the hubs? I have not d/l the manual yet, but thanks for the info!

    Someone has already installed a magnaflow muffler on the Expy, and it has enough sound to keep me happy. It's single exit with a standard chrome tip, looks and sounds nice to me. I'd eventually like to go duals, but that's down the road a little. Right now I'm just getting the maintenance done...
