    alright, I am assuming I found the correct relay since when I ran the part # it came back as transfer case. Gray, under top dash. Two green wires have power at all times. I am assuming I move on to the shift motor.

    Ok, so I have power across 104, fuse is good, power at pin 37 on c-159, switch ohms out at 3809, 1106, 363. Where to next? Do I move on to relays? I have no idea which relay to begin with. When this is all over I gotta get that service manual cd from you.

    Thank you Bob. Based on the resistance I got, it isn't the switch. I finally found the "help me fix my 4x4 problem" thread you responded to. I am going to move on to the fuse 104, then the 37 pin connector, then the splice. Is the 37 pin under dash, or on the firewall if I might ask?
