    Sadly - there is no easy way. You probably have to take off the fuel rails to get access. I replaced mine at the same time I swapped out my intake manifold due to a leak at the water crossover. But be careful as cranking on those plugs as they can cause you a worse headache if the threads strip...

    Did you figure this out? I Just swapped both my rear track bars last weekend on my 01 5.4 EB. Still have the old bolts/nuts. I could figure out the thread sizes pretty easily.

    Did you have the nasty grinding / slipping / shuddering speed as just low speeds? Did it go away at higher speeds? Mine goes away once it hits 35 mph or so. I have the AWD and trying to figure out what the noise is.
