How did they steal my Expedition?

The fire was hot enough to melt the hood and rear hatch - both are (or were) aluminum. The doors were pried open by the fire department. I looked over the vehicle at the impound lot and it was so badly burned we initially identified it by a portion of tire tread (new tires) and a partially...

How did they steal my Expedition?

OK, so my wife took the kids & some friends roller skating. Parked under the security light & locked the car as always. A couple of hours later it was gone. The police said they had a report of a car on fire 30 miles away. So we have both keys and the car was locked. How can this happen...

    Solved! Another fuel pump disaster

I have power at pin 5 and at fuse 32. Did I check BOTH fuses? No. I was only aware of fuse 32. I'm assuming you mean fuse 71 - I will check it in the morning. Thank you for the diagram - it helps me understand what's going on.

    Solved! Another fuel pump disaster

2007 Expedition EL series; 4.6L V-8. Wife shut it off at school yesterday and it would not start. Got it home and found no pressure at the fuel rail. Could not hear the fuel pump cycle, so we dropped the tank and found the fuel pump looked good (not burnt). Put 12V to it and the pump spins...
