2018 Expedition Max whining noise
I took the service manager for a ride and he agreed that it wasn’t right. They inspected the rear diff and determined it needed to be rebuilt. It was in the shop for about a week but it has been great ever since it was repaired.- Matt23

2018 Expedition Max whining noise
I had a similar situation with my 2018 Platinum at about 12000 miles. I ended up getting my rear differential completely rebuilt and it resolved the problem.- Matt23
