    '22 King Ranch - brake squeeling

    Has anyone found a fix for this? My brakes were quiet until my 3rd set of brakes. They started squealing badly 6 months after I had them installed. Brakes Plus claimed the rotors had overheated and the pads glazed, so I replaced everything again. The 4th set lasted 3 months before squealing started.

    The repair invoice has part numbers for everything but the phasers. For the phasers it just lists "KITPHASERSF150" as the part number.

    I don't know where to start looking for that information now. At the time, I checked, and it was the last redesign that was commonly accepted as a fix. I had to wait for months for the parts to come in from Ford. They were not sitting on the dealer's stockpile.

    I had the cam phasers replaced at 80K miles it is now at 122K. The cam phaser rattle only lasted a few seconds, this will last up to a minute. It goes away quickly if I start and drive immediately.

    The Hurricane needs a few more years of refinement. From what I have been reading, they are reported to have very poor reliability.

    Paying six figures for a Navigator when you can get a better-optioned Denali at the same price just does not make sense. Six years after the chassis was released, it is still the only vehicle in its class that does not offer an air ride.

    I like the new Tremor package and the new split tailgate. Really wish they would put the PowerBoost on it already. The Navigator dash is nicer, but I use my Expedition to rough for a luxury interior. I take it off-road a few times a year and would feel more confident with the Tremor skid plates.

    While taking mine apart, I lost one of the clips that holds the LED to the bottom of the cup holder. It dropped when I popped it off and went under the storage compartment.     I got the work scheduled for the TSB and I have Forscan. Any recommendation on what PIDs to record? It goes by very fast and only happens once a month or so. I would want to set up a log to run when I am towing to hope to catch it.
