Emissions cat. monitor not ready!!!!
All 402 sensors are brand new working correctly. Been through the driving cycles. No modifications to the intake or exhaust. Brand new catalytic converter‘s all four replaced last summer. Driven thousands of city and highway miles in a year and a half the cat will not get ready!- Lee Wheatley

2000 Ford expedition 5.4 L cat monitor will not get ready after replacing all four catalytic converter ‘s! No pending codes! Truck runs great! Driven for thousands of highway and city miles over one and a half year. Help!- Lee Wheatley

Emissions problem
I have a 2000 Ford expedition 5.4. It has 216,000 miles on and runs like a champ! Since last year have not been able to smog because the catalyst monitor will not run. 2000 Ford expedition 5.4 L cat monitor will not run. Can’t smog in California. Replaced all four catalytic converter‘s. Replaced all 402 sensors. Replaced all eight spark plugs. Replaced all coil packs. Drove for thousands of miles for over a year the cat monitor still will not run.Need an answer.- Lee Wheatley
