To add, this was the mechanism with the link to the front of the seat that tilts the lock mechanism a bit out of the way when flipped forward. The link is attached with a shoulder bolt with star driver. It detaches and reconnects easily to let plastic cover come off. The cam plate is not the... -

Maybe some are different but on the two with a center console, when flipped forward, there are screws with hex heads, accessible from center of seat. Inside mechanism has 3, outside mechanism has 2. -
