Your powers of searching amaze me! Thank you, it appears that what I was looking at is a fuel pump driver. Also it silly in today's automotive market that upgrading stuff wouldn't be plug and play.- Nosidda

The photo is taken near the rear driver side wheel. Before the wiring loom for the 4pin goes up by the gas tank/spare tire area which the second photo shows The loom splits and the split ends in the plug. There is nothing coming out of plug box. The photo is from the other side- Nosidda

OK I'll do some research over there. Honestly though my main question is does anyone know what the plug is that goes into the dummy plug? It is by the rear driver wheel and comes off the wiring harness for the 4 pin. To me it looks like a plug and play 7pin that was out up there and not used.- Nosidda
