Expy dies for a second
Following my post from Jan 2, 2022, Re: Expy Dies on-road and kicks back on. Finally Solved! Fuel Control Junction Box (entire $950 unit) was replaced in April, no further problem! Hurray! That problem irritated the hell out of me for 2 years.- OldFordMan

2018 PLATINUM SUDDEN/INTERMITTENT POWER FAIL?!?
I had reported the same loss of ignition on my 2004 Expy, although I can't find it now. There was one code I could get P0186 once in a while. However, I took it to my Tech when I had no codes. He has a different kind of reader I can't buy, and he got a code related to a Fuel Control Junction...- OldFordMan

2004 XLT, 195K same thing happens. Been trying to find out why with no luck here, Ford Garage, my independent garage, and no Engine Codes. Nobody can find a problem.- OldFordMan
