Ford's field engineer came out on Monday to drive my expedition. He acknowledged the vibration and said that he wants to drive a new expedition with the same wheels and tires and consult with some other engineers. So I guess I wait longer now.- kpwhalen830

Steering Vibration 2022 Ford Expedition Max SPP
My dealer has put 2 different sets of 22" tires and wheels on mine with no changes. The vehicles that the tires and wheels came off of both drove fine at 70+MPH. Dealer has "beat the tires and wheels to death". Now looking into driveline issues.- kpwhalen830

Pretty much the same. Very high frequency vibration starting around 69MPH+. Any speed below that it is just fine. As I mentioned, the Generals were perfect on my old Expedition. I have a 2022 Expedition Platinum MAX that I took delivery of on October 18th. The vibration was addressed with a normal balance before I took delivery, it wasn't fixed.
