Thanks for the reply. I received the factory keys and may give it a go. FORscan gives me the option to do it, after all. I have a locksmith friend as a backup. I should probably confirm he has the capability first.- Kevin 16587

My Key deletion
I did almost the exact same thing you did. FORscan is the only way you will be able to delete it without an admin key. You’ll need a OBDII interface (use one that is recommend by FORscan on their website), a Windows laptop and the FORscan software. The OBD connector was about $35 and I paid $12...- Kevin 16587
