How do you remove 3rd row headrests on a 4th Gen

Power 3rd row seats into a 2010 SSV?
Hi All - I picked up a 2010 Expedition SSV at auction, and found a deal on used 3rd row seats to add. They are power, though. I suspect I can pick up the switch easily enough, and I can grab power from the outlet in the quarter panel. Has anyone done this mod before? Adding the seat belts...- Jim Carroll
