Brake Dust!!!!

My 2001 has new rotors and pads and within 400 miles, I have nasty brake dust once again on my refurbished OEM rims. Back rims look like new as usual, but the front are looking like they did before I had brakes done and rims replaced. It is an inordinate amount of dust. The car stops and goes...
