Front and Rear Differential Fluids

My 2007 expy EL 4wd has just about 200k miles, still running great. I’m about to drain and refill the fluids in both front and rear differentials. Does anyone know what fluids or what fluid type are needed for each differential? If I’m not mistaken... I believe both differential uses different...
