2003 Expedition XLT 4.6L 4x4 The airbag light stays on without flashing a code and the fuse 19 for RCM is blown. After setting a new 10A fuse it blows directly after I started the truck. 4th Gen Expy Ditch lights?

Brake lights stuck on
EDIT: Looks like there's been some arcing in the brake switch, dirtied up the contact. Jiggling the wires would turn it on and off. A few passes with a file cleaned it up some but not enough to be truly reliable. Yet another unexpected, unrelated parts expense. Oh well... After wrestling for...- SepticFuddy

Missing part? Airbag impact sensor?
My airbag warning light has be on for a while now, so I decided to look underneath the front end of the vehicle and noticed there is a connector not connected to anything, photo attached with connector in red.
