Purge valve cycling rapidly

Happy Father's Day. My Ford Expedition occasionally idles a little rough - almost like it is going to die. Then it goes back to idling normally. One thing I definitely notice is my Evap Purge Valve cycling rapidly - nonstop. I had P0443. I cleared it, but the Evap Purge Valve started...
