Engine Shuttering / Check Engine Blinking

I’m coming up on 350,000 miles and was curious about changing the transmission fluid, since it seems pretty difficult to get to and “not supposed to be changed,” but assuming it should be done. 2007 OD Shudder - Torque Converter
When RPM's are around 1500 or lower it has a difficult time coming out of overdrive and the drivetrain shudders.
