Hey guys,
I sold my 01 EB and just got me a nice 03 model. It has the factory 17s with 265 70 17s. The tires are worn badly and today I had a chance to pick up a set of 275 60 18 bf goodrich tires mounted on factory 04 F150 rims. They are very nice and I hope they will fit.

My question is, does anyone here have this tire size on a stock expedition? I just bought these before work this eve and it was raining. So I rolled one up beside mine on the expy. They look a touch bigger in diameter and I am hoping they will fit without rubbing issues.
When I get off work in the morning, I am going to swap them out and see, but just sitting here at work tonight trying to research if anyone has them on.
Thoughts, comments welcome...
Thanks
Mike

ps.. I just did a tire diameter size comparrison and it says the 275 60 18 should be a touch smaller in diameter. Didnt look like it when placed beside mine today. Maybe because since the 17s have weight on them from being on the expy and the 18s were just sitting along side with no weight on them. Hmmm?

Then Im pretty sure mine should fit. I will be sure to take before photos and after and post them. That way if anyone else needs info on the swap it will be here for a first hand look.

Found out that they were actually 275 65 18s, thats why they were a touch taller. No worries though, I got them on and no rubbing or any issues. Here is a couple pics... first one is the new 18s...yay !!!!
