Been trying to find wiring diagram for factory amp on a 03 expidition xlt.
Wanting to find out if amp has terminals for third set of speakers. Have front and middle but no speakers in rear, if I can find diagram I should be able to add 2 - 10s ran off a Carver 2120 amp. Any info would be great!

the only amp i have in my 04 EB is for the factory subwoofer...you should only have 2 set of speakers...are y ou using an inverter to want to run it off the factory amp? i used the rear sub amp and sliced into the speaker inputs there with an inverter...highly recommend to upgrade your HU and prob will be solved

If I'm planning on on adding a much bigger subwoofer, am I going to need to take out the factory amp and put in a bigger one?? OR should I just get a new radio thats capable of rca and amps unlike my current factory radio system? Also... I found a subwoofer harness on ebay which is a tip that fits in the subwoofer amp in the back that has the red and white rca ends for a subwoofer. I just don't think its going to have enough power (if any) for the 12" 1400w sub I bought

You don't "need" to replace you hu...best if you did...and you don't "have" to take out the factory amp...I simply used a signal converter that has rca inputs with left and right speaker leads...I tapped the factory amp wires and connected my 1200 rms amp to rca's...ran speaker wire to 2 kicker cvr 12's with a factory head unit...its easier to buy another hu...better sound output and depending on hu...you can control the subs with sub input....I eventually changed my hu and now my rca's run from amp to hu...factory amp is out the picture...

So all I really need to find is an audio signal converter?? Factory hu will work, factor amp should work, but the signal converter just needs to have the rca tips for the subwoofer inputs. Could anyone post a link to the right type on signal converter I should get?

And here is the handy amp-to-rca harness cabel I bought:
