'05 exp. Tapping noise in engine

I have a 2005 Expedition and have noticed a tapping sound almost like a diesel when the engine is warmed up. It happens both at idle and while running. Anyone have anything similar.

Research cam phasers issue. It is pretty common with the 2004-2005 F-150 5.4's.
