Have a 2005 expedition 5.4 4r75e transmission 173k miles. Original owner, always serviced 3k miles, no previous issues until now. Had fuse 32 blow upon moving vehicle, found plug for oil sensor in oil pan bad/shorted. Replaced plug and fuse. Reset, getting p0011, p0021 p0731 and p2006. Replaced vct solenoids, didn’t cleared the 11/21 codes. Motor idles smooth, normal sounds. Revs normal, nothing crazy. Go to drive it, o/d light flashes, won’t shift. Goes into reverse, drive, 2nd and 1st no issues and seem strong/normal. Cleared codes, started in 1, then 2 and then drive. Next day, rechecked connections and found atf on electrical 2 wire plug for turbine shaft sensor, output plug was dry as it should be normal. Didnt know about the tss until this point. After some research of its function and that it’s apparent it’s leaking internally. Could this be cause of my issue since everything seems to be functioning. If sensor has failed to seal fluid out, thinking as if it has beer googles on. It’s working and reading, just not reading correctly. Haven’t had time to confirm with Forscan. Checking if anyone else has had same issue or similar. Thanks for future helpt

I've got no help, but it seems like you're on a good path for troubleshooting and I'm interested in the outcome.

The new format keeps confusing me. I realized after I replied to this it might be really old. Turns out it is old.
