07 Expedition EL Full Transmission Flush?

Hello, I own a 2007 Expedition EL. I have the shuddering issue that’s occurring. I’m more of a DIY’er and I am interested in doing a full transmission fluid change with filter replacement.

Does anyone have a write up (preferable with pics or video) of doing a full transmission fluid change?

- Transmission
- Torque converter
- Transfer case

Also, how do I know which transmission that I have? 6R75 or 6R80?

Thanks for pointing me in some sort of direction. I know how to drop the pan and change the filter but I wanted to change the fluid in the transfer case and torque converter as well. Is purging the return line the only way to change out the fluids in the transfer case and torque converter?
