Hello all,

New to the forum and hoping to be an active member.

Does anyone know where I can get a detailed service schedule showing what should be changed at the 100k km service? This is a major service according to the local dealer here in Dubai. 2011 Expedition.

Thank you in advance

100k km ~= 60k miles

Should find more info that way.

Afaik, nothing much to do there... maybe coolant and brakes, if they haven't been done before.

In America, dealerships are often called "stealerships"...with good reason.

Thanks for your replies.

According to Ford here, there's a major service at 50,000 and 100,000 kms. In this region generally the service intervals are short so we do a regular oil service every 10,000 km (many do it at 5k). Perhaps due to the weather (50+ Celsius in the summer), dusty conditions. At the 100k service all of the 'maintenance replaceable parts' are replaced (for want of a better phrase -I'm not knowledgeable on the topic as you can see!), such as spark plugs, fuel/oil/pollen filters, transmission fluid etc. I'm looking for an exact list of what should be replaced as per the schedule as I'd like to see if I can get it done by and independent workshop. The challenge we have here is that there is a severe lack of professionalism both inside and outside of the dealerships so trying to find someone who has a passion for their work, you trust to take car of your car and technically competent is rare here.

Unfortunately the ford owners website doesn't include a full list of what is done at each service.
