My '97 Expedition rear window washer hose is leaking and I can't find the routing for it. It looks like it is going down the right side of the vehicle by the leak that I found under the vehicle but could not find a line or hose.
Anyone know where or how it is ran?

My 99 leaked when a splice/connector came apart in the passenger side kick panel. Fluid ran out the right-front door sill and onto the ground behind the right-front wheel. Hose apparently runs to the back in the door sill channel.

had a look at mine awhile ago, ended up taking some rear interior trim pieces off the backend trying to figure out where the rear washer tubing went...

i'll hafta look again, pretty sure it was up the top sill/corner of the roof/doors pax side

Thanks for all the help. I found it disconnected behind the front passenger kick panel. I think it froze up down the line and blew the connection apart when my wife tried to wash the rear window. I put it back together and it is working fine.

I tried my rear washer today for the first time since I bough it - water poured out in the cargo area :( Looks like I get to take it apart.

my 97 xlt did this as well.. it creates a siphon effect when it gets so full then gravity takes over. It fooled me the first time into thinking I had a heater core leak until the orange fluid I found in the door sill below the carpet tipped me off.

I recently replaced my 97 Expy EB (totaled in April RIP) with a 2000 EB. My washer fluid tank was empty so I filled it and within a few days it was empty. May have even been before that. I may try the 2-3 cup trick and see if that works for me. I assumed I had a leak in the tank or a line and I will test that theory as well with some colored water.
