I'm not aware of any. You might have to get them custom made. Even the Rize Industries 8" lift didn't include control arms, it just used a drop spindle.

@thajoker joker. I spent alot of time looking for UCAs. I have a 2.5 inch lift, which is great but I kept lifting wheels off the ground while offroading, caused by lack of extension travel because the factory UCAs would hit the coil spring. The lift made it worse. Wheels off the ground have no traction, so thats a problem.
No longer UCAs are available off the shelf. I did find Michigan Metal Works. The dude there said he would make me a pair of longer UCAs, specially sized for my lift. That was a few years ago, but I think he quoted me about $700, which isn't too bad for custom fabrication. I ended up getting an old Bronco instead because I could never find offroad aftermarket support for Gen 2 Expeditions. www.michiganmetalworks.com. They are on Facebook and Instagram, too.

Hi @thajoker! Not trying to necro a thread for my first post, but I went with a similar 3.5/2.5 spacer lift on my 2004. Ended up ordering a set of control arms for a 2004+ F-150 on amazon to accommodate the lift. I had a KSP set that I decided not to install when I did the tires/lift install. The mechanic had no problems bolting on the control arms and confirmed they fit, but I could not afford to add the install of the arms on at the time (extra $800). One of the more experienced members can probably correct me by in my experience with the platform so far, the front suspension on the F-150 of the same year should be interchangeable aside from the knuckles for the 2nd gen Expeditions. Will definitely post a thread on them when I get around to either installing them myself or having a professional do it. My experience driving with it on-road for about a year now has been great, even with the factory control arms as I prefer the stiffer handling. Hope you're happy with the ride so far though.
Here's a link to the UCAs I chose: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DP29FCX2?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1&th=1
For the most part, any $100 ebay set is probably going to be identical, I just liked being able to get them in green lol. Good luck on your lift, these SUVs are a nightmare for aftermarket support!

@hayden2007 Not yet, I am still gathering parts to get my "build" done enough in one swoop. I was going to get them installed with my spacer lift and tires initially but couldn't afford the extra work. I've had a 2 mechanics confirm they should fit. Definitely plan on posting updates once the ball gets rolling!

Did you ever get them put on there?
