Iam having a hard time trying to find out whats wrong with my car.. I hear this grinding noise when I turn my wheel to the left.. Had left wheel baering replaced but noise still there. Midas couldnt find anything wrong but heard the noise.

Since Midas aren't suspension experts, I would try to get a diagnosis at a dealer. It would be worth paying the diagnosis fee if you can do the work yourself, or go to your local mechanic if you can't.
Being 2wd (from your other thread) you can rule out transfer case. Is your caliper loose or dragging? How are the ball joints? Is your tire rubbing? Are you sure is isn't part of the steering components? Without actually hearing it, it could be hard to pinpoint, but there can't be too many places that will make a grinding sound on 2wd models. Is it possible the bearing was done incorrectly?

your truck a 4x4? if so then it sounds like the front CV axle assembly is bad on that particular side. Check the play on the side thats making the sound. They run about $50 or so per side but a PITA to change.

Does it make the noise if you're not moving and you turn the wheels fully to the left?
