Condition
The third row power fold seat is inoperative — Left and Right
Possible Sources
Fuse(s).
Circuitry.
Body Security Module (BSM
There are 3 fuses in the circuit Did you check all 3??
Did you check the 2 relays for the seats to see if they have power going into them

I have the same rig and sometimes we have to reset it to get it to go up and down...pretty much just lock the truck open it turn it on...if that doesn't work do it another time turn off the truck lock it...open it turn it on and it should work if that doesn't do it than it may be a fuse or one of the relays...

almost sounds as if you may have a dirty switch or a relay going bad
