Try a new CHT sending unit.

I order it.

If you need to, you can zip tie the hot water valve closed until you get the vacuum issue straightened out.
Good idea, I can close valve and check how engine works. If overheating disaper it means that maybe vavum selenoid stuck... and my theory was good, but ow is middle of the night here and I will check it tomorrow. If I need to replace SV haven't idea how remove it without disasembly dashboard.

The vacuum solenoid control module is at the bottom center of the dash. You have to pull the center console out to access it, but don't have to pull the dash.
Zip Tie-ing the hot water valve closed won't affect the engine cooling, but it will help cool the cabin off by cutting off the hot water to the heater core. Hot water will still flow to the rear heater core unabated because there's no valve for the rear hoses. Rear temp is just controlled by the rear temperature blend door.

The blend door actuator is bad if you hear clicking. It’s a plastic gear inside and the teeth shear off.
