2004 keyless entry delayed off interior lights

i have a 2004 xlt that i have reciently installed a viper alarm on, problem is the delayed off lights cause he alarm module to think a door is open when i try to lock it as soon as i closed the door. now my alarm has the wires to rearm or disarm a factory alarm but i need to know if this could be used to "arm" the keyless entry so to say. any help would be greatly apprieciated. also maybe just do away with the delayed off some how?

not a prob...i have the viper 5704...same thing...once the lights go off...it will fully alarm...it will lock and chirp when you lock it...show door open on fob...when lights go off...you'll get another vibration on fob showing full alarm mode...TOO EASY!!! nothing to fear...i have mine on 20 sec delay for my lights

Thanks it great to know that, one last thing. I have lamps in the bottom of my mirrors that used to come on when you would unlock the keyfob. Is there a way to retain that. I grew really fond of it especialy at night. Thanks again for your answer to the previous question, but would you be able to point me in the direction of a diagram of the keyless entry wires or a color code chart with discriptions. Anything would help. I guess im just really picky in what i want out of my truck

i didnt loose that function with my lights...mine still pop on when locking/unlocking...go to bullydog.com...they have wire diagrams for all makes/models and most years...they have all expeditions on there...i ordered my bypass from them for my viper 5704
