Keyless Entry

I have a 2017 Expedition SLT EL and I cannot figure out how to get my keyless entry to work. I have pulled the passenger side kick panel to look for a code, but did not see it. I bought this vehicle about a year ago and we only have one key (not a smart key).

Any other suggestions?

With the keyfob in your pocket press any number on the keypad, it should unlock. To lock, press the last 2 buttons on the keypad Button 6/7 and Button 8/9 I think.

You say you have one key - do you have a remote fob? I do not think the XLT model came with the intelligent key / keyless entry feature.

Do you have a key pad on the outside of the LF door, on the belt line molding?
