Had to replace the clutch on my compressor after I bought my daily driver as it was shorted out. After replacement I notice that while the vehicle sits still the air is barely cool. If you get moving it is ice cold. Where should I be looking for an issue? We had a pickup at work do this and it was a bad electric fan on the ac condenser. These just use the engine fan correct? The vehicle never gets above normal operating temp even on the hottest of days.

Fan clutch would be my first place to check. When replacing I use Motorcraft from rockauto.com

Wouldn't a bad fan clutch also lead to the engine running warm, especially on these incredibly hot days we've had?

So if the engine isn’t running warm and I can hear the fan kick in doesn’t that rule out a bad fan clutch? If so where do I look from there?
