I have a 2005. And I would like to lift it. I not sure what route to go. I'd like to lift it 2". I don't much care for a leveling as I haul seven of us and our gear. Leveling kits just make the nose of my rig ride in the air when loaded or towing a trailer. So I'm looking for suggestions I've seen rancho quick lifts and bilstein adjustable height struts. Not sure where too start. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you could always buy the spacers separately and get 2 and 2 to try and keep the original rake

Most kits available will give a 3/2 lift. Like tallsville said, you would have to find 2 kits and piece the 2/2 together.

If you are interested, I have a 3/2 kit for sale in the FS section.

buying two 3/2 lifts won't work since the spaces between bolts front/rear are different. Right?

ebay more than likely has a 2 inch kit for front.

I'm not 100% on the bolt spaces between the front vs. rear but I don't think it'll line up. You can buy separate kits for just the front or just the rear though and you can get them in all different increments.
