2007 liftate problem

I have seen power lift gate problems here but mine is different. I used my fob to raise the liftgate on my 2007 expedition el and then all of a sudden the lift gate came crashing down on my head. I thought maybe the inside rear button got pushed by groceries but after makin sure that was not the case I closed and reopened it again. It opens by the fob as it should but then immeadiately crashes back down. It can be a dangerous thing. Any idea how to fix it?

You need to replace the two struts holding the electric rear door and might as well change the two struts holding the window glass while you're at it. Maybe squirt so bolt buster after taking those clips off as mine were on there extra tight after removing the holding clips.
