2009 Expedition Eddie Bauer no warm air on passenger side

Just wondering if anybody know what would cause the hvac on the passenger side to only blow cold.
I will guess that it may be some kind of flap or mixer door not moving?
Any thing else? Airflow is not an issue. Thank you in advance.
