If repairing or replacing the seat *back* be aware it requires special expertise due to the presence of airbags in each front seat. This requires not only special fabric in that area but also special stitching to ensure the airbag can safely deploy in the event of an accident. There's a company in Texas that claims to have this specialty knowledge. They sell replacement seat covers but I don't know if they make them in cloth:
