2012 ford expedition hesitates and lacks power when cold

Hey guys i have a 2012 ford expedition with 145,000km has new plugs and a new MAF and everytime i drive the truck and its cold it hesitates, lacks power and will often shift hard... once the car is fully warmed up the power is back etc.. it never used to do this..,

no check engine light
