2015 towing 27 foot bunkhouse rv?

I'm researching travel trailers for my growing family of 5. I've looked at tons of options, but keep going back to the 27 foot range bunkhouse models.

I own a 2015 short wheel base with the trailer tow package and load rated tires.

Question is; does anyone have a similar setup that work well? I'd really like something I can comfortably pull and not immediately outgrow.

Sorry if this questions been answered before, but my wife tells me I'm incapable of finding things...
