When the temperature get below freezing the driver door does not work. You can not move the inside door handle and button stays down. If you drive and warm up the car it starts working again. Did anyone hear if anything like this ?

There was a Ford TSB or recall involving defective door lock actuators that would freeze on certain year 4th generation Expedition models (and maybe F-150 trucks?).

Do an online or forum search, as the issue has been discussed previously.

Son-in-law has a 2018 F150 and just had this happen. Ford has a Customer Satisfaction program where they will fix by doing all four doors, takes a full day. Check your VIN on the Ford.com website to see if yours is eligible.
