Anyone had an issue with a 2019 XLT experiencing no right front turn signal when parking/headlamps are off? The turn signal works as long as the parking lights and/or headlamps are on. It will not flash with the parking lights off. Hazard lights work with no parking lights. I know these are computer controlled. Could it be a defective control module somewhere? Reprogram issue? Any help or suggestions are appreciated. I tried disconnecting the battery for about 10 minutes and reconnecting to force a boot, still do not work.
