I’m hoping someone can help me out with a bit of a dilemma. I recently traded in my 2021 SUV for a 2023 Limited, and while I love the Expy Max, but I’m a bit let down by the backup camera.
You see, I’m used to a decent but not HD backup camera in my previous car, and the 2023 Limited’s camera just doesn’t cut it. It’s not as clear, and it doesn’t have the same level of light sensitivity.
I’ve been doing some digging, and not seeing a replacement camera out there that could be swapped in. I’m hoping someone can help me find one that has a higher resolution, better light sensitivity, and retains the “guidance lines and center line” overlay that I used to have. One that works with the like the OEM just better quality.
I know it’s a long shot, but I’m keeping my fingers crossed. If anyone has any leads, please let me know! I’d appreciate it.
