I gave up. My order has been built since 3/1/25 but remains unshipped with no explanation. No one knows anything. I’ve “heard” reports of hail damage, coax cable to rear camera problem, wheels, etc. Ford can’t tell me and dealer can’t tell me why it hasn’t shipped. So I purchased a Lincoln Navigator Reserve L yesterday. Interestingly enough, it was built on 3/25/25 at same plant and at dealer already. Took delivery yesterday. Good luck to all! Hope Ford provides some transparency and explanation to its customers. Bad experience!

Was it a my24 or my25 navigator? How is it?

It is a 2025 Navigator Reserve L. Really impressed with it thus far - only 137 miles on it! They made some things more complicated than they need to be such as: side mirror adjustments, steering wheel adjustments, pedal adjustments, lights. For all of those, adjustments need to be made through steering wheel or display screen. When I get used to it, maybe it will be ok, but seems like a PIA at the moment! Otherwise, really impressed so far!

Nice truck! The Expedition will be the same thing when trying to adjust those things.
