'22 Expedition Rear Lower Shock Bolt Torque 400 lb ft??

I bought a torque wrench. Guessing is not a good way to repair a vehicle IMHO. We're talking about a bolt that could possibly end someone's life. I believe ASME prescribes torque specifications for most bolt threads and hardnesses. Ford likely selected the bolt size and hardness by it's capabilities.
