285/65/20’s on stock 20’s with Readylift?

I just bought a 2020 XLT and wanted to lift it using the Readylift kit. I was wondering if I can fit 285/65/20’s under it as Readylift says on their site. I’ve searched and searched on the site and haven’t seen anyone running this combo. Thanks for your help.
