hardly anyone makes parts for the expy but wont the 2004-2008 F-150 parts work?

Some do, some don't. I know the headers do, at least on earlier models. It is in fact a F150 platform, but they do little things differently. What parts exactly are you changing? Maybe one of the others can comment on fitment.

Thanks for your help. My heater has not been working the Blend Door has been replace, thermostat is fine. do you know what size are the heater core inlet and outlet Diamaters? to perform a heater core flush, im thinking about using my clothes washer hose to make pressure for the reverse flush.

For a backflush, use a T-adapter backflush kit (use old hose and replace with new one, don't cut and leave it in) and follow directions.

You don't need much pressure, too much is bad

mainly looking for a grille currently and dont like the ones offered for the expy. also looking for a good set of tow mirrors. i've found headlight and taillights i like for the expy but they are priced considerable more. I want to do a set of nerf running boards and the expy ones are pretty plain or way too much. this is all just to get started. I have already done the air to coil conversion and a 3" ready lift spacer currently running 33"s and have raptor wheels on the way. any help is always appreciated I know some of these have parts made for expys but the F150 parts are considerably less and more options. with the grille I basically want a raptor style that will fit my 2nd gen.
