Well I think I nailed the offset. Factory wheels are +44mm, so I went with -0 offset which came out to 1.75" roughly. Wound up being more than enough clearance. I'll measure as soon as I have a chance, but +1 or +2 would still have plenty of clearance and get the tire tighter inside the wheel well. Here are some pics I took last night when I got home. I'd say overall I'm really disappointed though with the Expedition ride and handling quality compared to the Escalade. Even in Sport setting mine still rides like a boat. At least now it will have some real grip when cornering.
