4.6 misfire help!!

this problem did'nt start until i blew a heater hose. since then it will get a misfire code for #4 spark plug. took it to mecanic he said it was the wires. replaced them with car quest premium wires. did not fix problem. using autolight 104s. any help would be appeciated

Had the same problem on 1998 F-150, it had sucked a valve on #4. Might do a compression check. I hope thats not your case.
